At SHFTD, every piece is made to meet our quality standards. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy
At this time, SHFTD does not offer monetary refunds.
If your return is approved, you will receive Store Credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding shipping charges). Store Credit can be used on any future purchase on our website.

Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges under the following circumstances:
* You received the wrong product.
* You received a damaged or defective product.
* You ordered the wrong size and would like a different size (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible, your product must:
* Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, damage or alterations.
SHFTD reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Store Credit
If the requested size is unavailable, or if an exchange cannot be completed, you will receive Store Credit for the value of the returned product.
Store Credit:
* Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
* Can be used on any product available on SHFTD.
* Cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Is non-transferable.

Products Not Eligible
We cannot accept exchanges or issue Store Credit for:
* Products that have been worn or washed.
* Products returned without original tags or packaging.
* Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
* Products purchased during Final Sale or Clearance (unless damaged or incorrect).
* Exchange requests raised after 7 days from delivery.

How to Request an Exchange
Email us at hello@shftd.in with the following details:
* Order Number
* Full Name
* Reason for Exchange
* Photos of the product
* An unboxing video (required for damaged or incorrect product claims)
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, we’ll provide the next steps for returning your order.

Return Shipping
* If SHFTD shipped the wrong or damaged product, we’ll bear the return shipping cost.
* For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Processing Time
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse:
* Inspection: 2–3 business days
* Exchange dispatch or Store Credit issuance: 3–5 business days after approval

Important Notes
* Only one exchange is allowed per order.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* SHFTD reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
* By placing an order on SHFTD, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund & Exchange Policy.
